Open the demoWhat it does
It reads, watches, explains and tells.
Reads orders, stock and returns from every channel as often as the channel allows, and shows when it last did
Sets a day still running only against the same hours of another day
Checks every channel against its own weekday pattern, and asks the campaign calendar before calling a day unusual
Forecasts month end two ways and gives the range between them, against the target you set
Works out days of stock from the pace of the last weeks and tells purchasing before the shelf is empty
Finds the shipped orders with no invoice and sends accounting the list every evening
Writes the morning brief with the evidence beside each finding, and answers questions in plain language
Never changes a price, a stock figure or an order. It reads and tells; your team decides.
Who it works for
The owner and management, marketplace operations, purchasing and planning, accounting: everyone who asks how yesterday went before nine.
What it does
Pulls sales from every marketplace and your web store into one screen, as fresh as the channels allow. Revenue, units, orders, basket size and returns by channel, product, category and date, compared with yesterday, last week, last month and last year. Takes the costs off — commission, shipping, returns, ad spend and what the product cost you — and shows the margin that is left, per product and per channel. Says when each marketplace pays out and how much, tracks stock and the money standing still on the shelf, spots the same product priced two ways, flags unusual moves and lists orders still missing an invoice. Answers questions in plain language and forecasts month end against budget.
How you follow it
Management reads the morning screen; operations keeps it open during campaigns. Purchasing gets the stock alert, accounting gets the missing-invoice list, management gets a weekly and monthly summary. Anyone types a question.
A day with Sales Cockpit
The numbers are in before you are.
Sync
Orders, prices, stock and returns come from the marketplace seller APIs and your web store; from Entegra where it is the system of record.
AutomaticWatch
Every product and channel is checked against its own pattern: a product halved overnight, a channel gone quiet, a return rate jumping, the same product priced two ways.
AutomaticMorning screen
Yesterday against last week and last year, channel shares, product rankings, stock days left. One screen, on the phone too.
On your screenAlert
A run-out under 15 days goes to purchasing, an anomaly to operations, the missing-invoice list to accounting at 18:00.
AlertSummary
The week on one page for management: revenue, growth, share, what moved and why, month-end forecast against target. PDF and e-mail.
ReportData freshness
As fresh as the marketplace APIs allow; never a day-old spreadsheet.
Stock warning
Purchasing hears about a run-out with time to reorder.
