As of 10:26 · the period does not apply here
Where every number comes from, how often it is read and what it means. The accounts are the shop's; Omni runs the readers and keeps the store. When a marketplace panel says something else, the reconcile tool finds which definition it used. The costs, the targets and the budget are what people keep for the cockpit.
Order hub
The order hub
- How
- REST API · token renewed every two hours
- How often
- Orders every 10 minutes, changed records only · stock every 15
- Last read
- Records, last full day
- 40
Reads orders for amazon, n11, pazarama and pttavm, stock on hand for every product, list and sale prices by channel.
PttAVM was last read 26 minutes ago, against every 10: its last two reads timed out. The rest are current.
Trendyol seller API
Orders as they happen, claims, invoice status
- How
- Order webhook, with a poll every 5 minutes behind it
- How often
- Pushed by the marketplace · polled as a fallback
- Last read
- Records, last full day
- 82
Reads orders and their status changes, claims: cancellations and returns, with the reason, whether an invoice was uploaded for a shipped order.
Hepsiburada seller API
Orders as they happen, claims, invoice status
- How
- Order webhook, with a poll every 5 minutes behind it
- How often
- Pushed by the marketplace · polled as a fallback
- Last read
- Records, last full day
- 26
Reads orders and their status changes, requests: returns, exchanges and missing items, with the reason, invoice status per package.
Web store API
The shop's own site
- How
- REST API · OAuth grant
- How often
- Every 5 minutes, changed records only
- Last read
- Records, last full day
- 34
Reads orders, with coupon codes, returns, with the reason the buyer picked, subscriptions renewed.
Analytics counts a few percent fewer orders than this: ad blockers and declined consent. The cockpit reads the order system, so it is the higher and the right one.
E-invoice provider
Which shipped orders have an invoice
- How
- REST API
- How often
- Every hour, and once more before the 18:00 list
- Last read
- Records, last full day
- 171
Reads invoices issued, by order number, invoices the provider rejected, and why.

Campaign calendar
Company brain · kept by people
- How
- Written on this page
- How often
- Whenever someone adds a line
Reads discount runs, showcase slots, coupons and seasons, with their dates.
The one thing about a sale no seller API says. Without it a campaign reads as an anomaly.
Targets
Company brain · set by management
- How
- Written on this page
- How often
- Once a month
Reads monthly net revenue targets, by channel.
Alert channels
How the cockpit reaches people
- How
- Automation Builder
- How often
- When a rule fires
Reads nothing: e-mail, slack and whatsapp only carry what the rules send.
WhatsApp goes out as an approved template message; e-mail and Slack need no approval.
Settlement statements
What each marketplace kept, and when it pays
- How
- Seller APIs · statement endpoints
- How often
- Every morning at 06:00, the last 90 days again
- Last read
- 5 h ago
Reads commission per order line, shipping and return deductions, fees charged against no order, pay dates and amounts paid.
PttAVM's statement lists what is owed but gives no pay date; the payouts page says so rather than guess one.
Ad & Spend Desk
Ad spend, day by day
- How
- Omni module · same store
- How often
- Every 30 minutes
- Last read
Reads spend by day on the web store's search and social ads.
Marketplace ads have no endpoint to read, so a marketplace's margin is before its own ads.
When it reads
Orders as often as each channel allows; nothing on screen claims to be newer than its last read.
- Orders
- By webhook where the channel pushes them; otherwise every 5 to 10 minutes, changed records only.
- Stock and prices
- Every 15 minutes from the order hub.
- Claims and invoices
- Every hour, and before the 18:00 invoice list.
- Full re-read
- The last 35 days at 02:00, so a status that changed late (a return approved, an order cancelled) lands on the right day.
- Backup
- The store is copied every night after the re-read; fourteen nights are kept.
- Analysis
- Written at 08:30 from the store, never from the channels.

Where the data is thin
Counted, not hiddenOrders without line items
Computed3
Seen on N11. They are counted from the order total, so a shipping fee may be inside; the product and category figures leave them out.
Same order from two sources
Computed12 merged
An order that arrives from the hub and from a channel's own API is kept once, matched on channel and order number, so revenue is never counted twice.
Products without a category
Computed2
Tasting Box · 3 × 100 g and Coffee Scoop. Marketplace categories never match the shop's own; until someone maps them they count as unmapped.
Products without a cost
Computed2
They carry no product cost in the margin and stay out of the margin ranking and the stock value. Finance enters costs in the cost book below.
Unknown channel codes
Computed0
Every order's channel code is one the shop has named. A new code would be held back and asked about, never guessed.
Channels read late
ComputedPttAVM
26 minutes since the last read, against every 10. Its latest orders may be missing from today.
Today is a part day
Computedto 10:34
Left out of every period longer than a day, and compared hour for hour on its own, so a morning is never set against a whole day.
Reconcile
When a marketplace panel shows a different figure, it is nearly always a different definition, not different data. Type the figure you see; the tool counts the same day every way a panel might and says which one it is.
No panel open? Try one of these:
The answer appears here: the panel and the cockpit agree, they agree once the definition is matched, or nothing matches and there are four things to check.
| The same day, counted as | Figure | Against the cockpit |
|---|---|---|
| Net, VAT included, by order datethe cockpit's | ₺30,562 | — |
| Gross, cancellations still in | ₺33,010 | +₺2,448 |
| Net, VAT taken out | ₺27,784 | −₺2,778 |
| Net, by shipping date | ₺39,217 | +₺8,655 |
| Net, after the marketplace's commission | ₺25,061 | −₺5,501 |
| Gross, shipping fees added | ₺34,894 | +₺4,332 |
Two figures count as the same when they are within 0.5% of each other: panels round, and an order can change status between two reads.
What each figure means
One sentence each, exactly as the cockpit counts it. The definitions live in the company brain: the analyst reads the same ones.
- Net revenue
- Gross revenue less what was cancelled or returned. VAT included, shipping fees left out. The panel's main figure.
- Gross revenue
- The line totals of every order placed, VAT included, cancelled and returned orders still in: the sale happened.
- Cancelled or returned
- The line totals of orders whose status is cancelled, returned or return approved. Counted on the day the order was placed, not the day it came back.
- Orders
- Orders that stood: placed, less cancelled or returned. For one product, the orders that hold it.
- Units
- Pieces sold, from the order lines.
- Average basket
- Net revenue over orders.
- Share
- A channel's, a category's or a product's net revenue over the period's net revenue.
- Change
- The period against the same length just before it, or against the same dates a year ago. A day still running is set against the same hours of the other day.
- Order date
- The moment the order was placed, in the shop's time zone. Not the day it was approved, shipped or paid out.
- Left out
- Orders in a failed state and orders the supplier could not fulfil are in no figure.
- Pace
- Net units a day over the last 28 whole days.
- Days left
- Stock on hand over the pace. Under 15 days is low, under 7 critical, over 120 overstock.
- Month-end forecast
- The span between two estimates (the month so far stretched over the month; each remaining day at its weekday's four-week average), widened a little. Always a range.
- Unusual day
- A channel's day more than 35% off what that weekday did over the last four weeks, leaving out the days a discount run or a showcase reshaped.
- Net margin
- Net revenue less VAT, commission and fees, shipping, returns, advertising, product cost and the fees no order carries. Its rate is over revenue before VAT.
- Before advertising
- The same, before advertising and before the fees no order carries: what a product or a channel leaves to pay for them.
- Product cost
- Units that stayed sold at the cost in the cost book on the day they sold, VAT excluded. A product with no cost entered carries none and is named, not estimated.
- Payout
- What a marketplace pays on a pay day: sales on the statement less what it keeps. The date is the statement's, never ours.
- Money on the shelf
- Units on hand at the latest cost, VAT excluded. The valuation method is still to be agreed with accounting.
Campaign calendar
Seller APIs do not say when a discount, a showcase slot or a coupon ran. Someone at the shop writes it here; the charts mark the dates and the analyst asks the calendar before it calls a day unusual.

Reads only
Omni reads. It never changes a price, a stock figure or an order, on the hub or on a channel: the connectors hold no write scope. If writing is ever switched on, every change will be a draft in plain words (what changes, where it lands, which records, how to undo it), approved by typing, and logged with who approved it.
Omni tells; your team decides. Prices, stock and listings stay with the tools that already own them.
