Module 04 · Quality Control Department
Brand Guardian.
Reads your brand book once, then checks every file and every draft against it before anything ships.
What you see
One check box, one markup, one rulebook.
A working demo on sample data. Names and figures are examples.
Open in its own windowWhat it shows
Page by page, one department.
- Every file on its way out of the building, in the three piles a person works from
- Which pile a file is in, decided by arithmetic rather than by anybody's morning
- What has already been decided today, with the role who decided it
- A pointer at the other half of the job: what is already published and wrong
- The file at its own shape, with every finding numbered where it was found
- What was measured, why the rule exists, and the one obvious thing to do about it
- The rules run again as you edit the words, in your own browser
- No approve button while anything is holding the file — absent, not greyed out
- Your brand book, the label law and the printer's specification as rules that run
- What each rule has caught, and what it is holding at the gate right now
- Change what a rule does and the queue is measured again while you watch
- The palette with its print builds, and every pair in it measured for contrast
- The same rules run against listings, profiles and pages that are already published
- How long each thing has been live, which on that page is the severity
- The sentence the match was found in, so you read it rather than trust it
- Who can change each page, because a finding nobody owns is not a finding
- Every field the law requires, set from your product record rather than typed
- What the record holds beside what the artwork prints, field by field
- A field somebody typed in to get a job moving, caught and named
- Where the record is empty the job stops, and the page says whose desk it is on
- Resolution at the size it is laid out, bleed, trim safety, embedded faces, colour space
- The ink a build puts on one spot of paper, against the press's own ceiling
- The smallest type, and the x-height the law measures on a food label
- Checked, never called print-ready: the press has the last word and the page says so
- Supplier and agency files through the same door as everything made in house
- Who sends work that is right the first time, and what each of them breaks most
- How an outside file gets in at all, and what goes back with it when it is returned
- A rate with too little behind it is not printed as a percentage
- Every decision, with the role who made it and what the file broke
- The version of the rulebook each one was measured against
- The sentence a person wrote when they sent something back
- What each version of the book changed, and when
- Files checked, what passed first time, and what that rate did against last period
- The rules that actually caught things, grouped by the part of the book they come from
- The pass rate read against the rulebook's own history: a new section costs before it pays
- Who sends the cleanest work, as a count rather than as an opinion
- How each rule is tested, and what that lets it do to a file
- Why a vision model marks and never decides
- What is connected, what is limited and what that limit costs
- What this module refuses to measure, starting with whether the work is any good
Every page above is live, on sample data.
Open the demoWhat it does
It measures, marks, refuses, and hands it to you.
Turns your brand book into rules that run, and keeps them where you can read and change them
Runs every rule that applies to a file the moment it arrives, wherever it came from
Marks each finding on the design, with what was measured and why the rule exists
Measures colour rather than discussing it: contrast, the palette, and the ink a build puts on paper
Checks the mark the way the book writes it: clear space, minimum size, and what may not be done to it
Checks what a typeface and a photograph are licensed for before the file goes to print or onto a pack
Sets every field the law requires from your product record, and stops rather than inventing one
Runs the same rules against what is already published, and says how long it has been wrong
Marks what a vision model raised as a question for you, never as a verdict
Keeps the record: every decision, every round, and the version of the book it was made under
Who it works for
The design team, the brand manager, whoever owns packaging and labels, and the person who signs off print runs.
What it does
Turns your brand book into a checkable rulebook, once. Then reviews every uploaded file and every Studio draft against it: colours, logo and clear space, fonts, mandatory text, legibility. Audits what is already live against the same rules — your marketplace listings, your social accounts, your site. Runs print checks on labels and files, and the text the law requires: contents, net quantity, origin, importer, warnings. Supplier and agency files go through the same gate, with a record. Scores the file, marks the issues on the design and suggests the fix.
How you follow it
A check box: pass, fix, send back. One click to approve or return a file to the designer with the markup. A monthly count of files checked and the most common issues. A rulebook page you can read and edit any time.
A day with Brand Guardian
Every file gets checked. Nothing ships by accident.
Rulebook
Your brand book becomes rules Omni can test: colour values, logo clear space, fonts, mandatory text per product type, print minimums.
On your screenCheck
A file arrives from a designer, a printer or Studio. The PDF is read for embedded fonts, resolution, colour space, bleed and required text; a vision model flags logo and colour use for a person to confirm.
AutomaticScore and markup
The file gets a score, each issue is numbered on the design with the suggested fix, and it lands in the check box as pass, fix or send back.
On your screenApprove or return
Approve, or send it back to the designer with the markup attached. Print files are marked checked, never print-ready; the press has the last word.
Your approvalQC digest
Files checked, pass rate on first try, the most common issues, who sends the cleanest work. PDF and shareable link.
ReportOne post, end to end
It starts in the feed and leaves on your approval.
No department does the whole job. Social Media finds the reason and lays out the month, the Studio draws it, the Guardian checks it, and nothing goes out until a person says so. Every hand-off is one click, and every step stays on the record.
Check
Colours, logo, fonts and mandatory text, before the draft reaches anybody's screen.

The rules it runs
Read from your brand book once and edited whenever it changes. The gate checks what the book says, not what a model thinks.
Checked before it prints
Fonts, resolution, colour space, bleed, mandatory text, legibility and ink coverage, on everything that goes to press.
Omni never does
It measures and marks up. The yes is somebody's.
