Module 03 · Creative Department
AI Content Studio.
Turns a brief or a slot on the Social Hub calendar into a concept and on-brand drafts overnight, with your notes in the loop.
What you see
One board, one review, one library.
A working demo on sample data. Names and figures are examples.
Open in its own windowWhat it shows
Page by page, one department.
- Every job the studio is holding, at the stage it actually stopped at
- Which department asked for it, and against which of their records
- What has been waiting on a person too long, and what is blocked rather than late
- Everything sent back in the period, with the sentence that sent it
- Each cut at the shape it came back in, beside the copy that travels with it
- Every rule the file has to pass, run again as you edit the words
- The earlier rounds kept, so the argument that got here is still readable
- No approve button while a check is failing
- Directions for a brief, each with the message, the format and the shot list
- What each one is counted against, never why it worked
- The sentences the concept deliberately did not write, and the rule behind each
- Directions nobody chose, kept with the reason
- One photograph of the real product, cut for every channel that lists it
- Each channel's own rules: the shape, the floor, the white background, how much of the frame the product fills
- The information layer, with the source of every line on it
- A field the product record does not hold, left saying so
- A shoot going through background, shadow, crop and channel sizes
- Before and after, at the shapes the channels ask for
- The frames the machine could not finish, each with what stopped it
- What the batch cost and how long it took
- One message, several hooks, every shape the platforms take
- The cut whose headline sits under the ad furniture, shown with the overlay on
- The series the Spend Desk says is spent, in the Desk's own words
- No performance figure anywhere: the studio makes them, the Desk measures them
- Every field a label must carry, with where each value comes from
- The empty ones, named, with whose desk they are on
- Resolution at the size it is laid out, bleed, colour space, smallest type
- Checked, never print-ready: a screen cannot prove a press
- Everything approved, tagged by product, campaign, surface and format
- Where each file has been used since, in the words each place uses
- What has been picked up again, and what never was
- Work tied to a campaign that has ended, kept apart rather than quietly offered
- What was made, where it came from and what it cost
- How much went through on the first round, and what that rate means
- Why work came back, in the checker's own words
- Jobs on a third round, which is a brief problem rather than a render problem
- The production lines, what a run costs and how long it takes
- What each typeface and photograph is licensed for, and where that stops a file
- The rulebook, with the owner and the reason behind every rule
- What the studio does not measure, starting with whether the work is any good
Every page above is live, on sample data.
Open the demoWhat it does
It drafts, measures, refuses, and waits for you.
Takes a brief from the Social Hub calendar, the Radar's content plan, the Spend Desk, a new listing, or your own hands
Writes the concept first: the message, the format, the direction, with what it was counted against
Drafts the work in variations, and sets the type in your real fonts over the render so headlines stay sharp
Measures every file against the surface it is going to: the shape, the running time, the pixels, the safe area
Works out the crop when a shape is wrong, and says when a crop would cost you the subject or the headline
Reads every draft against your brand book before you see it, including the claims list the other departments check
Refuses to guess: a label with a field missing on the product record stops, and names whose desk it is on
Checks what a typeface and a photograph are licensed for before the file goes to print or onto a pack
Takes your note, revises, and keeps the rounds so the argument is still readable
Files what you approve, tags it, and says where it has been used since
Who it works for
Social media, marketing and design, and the e-commerce team that needs product visuals: whoever turns ideas into assets and is short on hands.
What it does
Starts from a brief or a slot on the Social Hub calendar and writes the concept: the message, the format, the direction. Drafts images, short videos, copy, posters and brochures in several variations. Builds the marketplace set — clean pack shots, the sizes each channel asks for, spec overlays and rich content — cleans up product photography, cuts ad creative in series for the Spend Desk, and lays out catalogues and label artwork from your own product data. Runs every draft through Brand Guardian before you see it, takes your notes and revises, and files what you approve.
How you follow it
A job board: waiting, preparing, in review, approved, published. A notification when something needs your eyes. A monthly count of assets produced, approval rate and time from brief to approval.
A day with AI Content Studio
It drafts overnight. You approve in the morning.
Brief in
A brief from you or a slot on the Social Hub calendar opens a job: formats, sizes, message, deadline, who reviews.
On your screenDraft
Image and video models render the variations. Text is set in your real fonts on a template layer, so headlines stay sharp.
AutomaticBrand check
Every draft goes through Brand Guardian: colours, logo, fonts, mandatory text. What fails is fixed or flagged.
AutomaticReview
The board shows what is ready. You leave notes on the draft; Omni revises and brings it back. Approved work is filed and scheduled.
Your approvalProduction report
Assets produced, approval rate, time from brief to approval, what got sent back most. PDF and shareable link.
ReportOne post, end to end
It starts in the feed and leaves on your approval.
No department does the whole job. Social Media finds the reason and lays out the month, the Studio draws it, the Guardian checks it, and nothing goes out until a person says so. Every hand-off is one click, and every step stays on the record.
Draft
Stills, short video and copy in several directions, overnight, in your own voice.
