What the studio runs on, what it is allowed to do with it, and the figures it deliberately does not produce. A creative department is where a machine is most tempted to award itself a score, so the last block on this page is the list of scores there are not.
What is licensed for where it is going
A typeface bought for the web is not bought for a printed poster, and a photograph cleared for social use is not cleared for a bag. This is checked with the shape and the running time, not after them.

Covers screen
Web licence only. Not cleared for print or packaging — a poster using it is held here. In the studio now: BR-2026-139 · Autumn Blend · 250 g label, which is packaging.
One job is held on this rule right now, and it is the kind that is only ever found here: the file is finished, it is on-brand, and it is not allowed. The same check covers photography — a stock shot bought for social use is not cleared for a pack, whatever it looks like.
What it runs on
Four production lines. What a single run costs and how long it takes, in the terms the platform is billed in.
| Line | State | A run | Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stills · Image model · hostedConcept frames, lifestyle sets, ad variants, rich content blocks. | Connected | 2 min | 4 |
| Motion · Video model · hostedReels, shorts and the moving half of an ad series. | Connected | 14 min | 38 |
| Copy · LLM GatewayCaptions, headlines, spec lines, catalogue copy. | Connected | 1 min | 1 |
| Type & layout · Template layerType set in the shop's own faces over the render; sizes, safe areas, label grids. | Connected | 1 min | none |
- Stills. Runs on Omni's capacity; the shop's own shots are used wherever there is one.
- Motion. The slowest line and the one that queues; a forty-second cut is not a two-minute job.
- Copy. Every draft goes through the rulebook before anybody reads it.
- Type & layout. Not a model. A layout engine, which is why headlines stay sharp and can be moved for nothing.
The type line is not a model. Headlines are set in the shop’s own faces on a template layer over the render, which is why the type on every frame in this demo is sharp, why moving a headline costs nothing, and why there is a licence to check in the first place.
What a job costs
A range, because a second round is a render and a third is a conversation.
A social cut, start to finish
45 to 95 credits
Concept frames, one motion render, the copy. A second round roughly doubles the render and costs nothing on the type.
A marketplace set
30 to 60 credits
Stills only, one per surface plus the rich blocks. The photograph it is built from costs nothing: the shop already took it.
An ad series
95 to 150 credits
Three hooks across every shape the two platforms take, two of them moving.
A label or a catalogue page
0 to 2 credits
Type and layout, not a model. What makes a label expensive is a missing field, not a render.
The rulebook
Brand Guardian owns the book; the studio runs it at the gate. Each rule says who it belongs to, whether it stops the work, and why it exists.
| Rule | Owner | Severity | Changed | Why |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| No health or diet claims | Legal | Stops it | 12 May 2026 | Harbor Lane sells food, not medicine. A sentence promising an effect on a body is a regulatory problem wherever it goes out. |
| No unprovable superlatives | Brand Guardian | Stops it | 12 May 2026 | "Best", "world's finest", "unbeatable" — the Brand Book calls these empty and they invite a complaint we cannot answer. |
| Origin named, never implied | Brand Guardian | Stops it | 30 Jun 2026 | If a lot is a blend it is called a blend. Naming a single farm on a blended coffee is the one thing this trade does not forgive. |
| No price in an organic caption | Social media | Worth knowing | 4 Mar 2026 | Prices move by channel and go stale in a caption nobody edits. Send people to the page instead. |
| House voice: plain, no hype punctuation | Brand Guardian | Worth knowing | 12 May 2026 | No exclamation runs, no all-caps words, no emoji stacks. The Brand Book calls the voice "quiet and specific". |
| Brand palette only | Brand Guardian | Worth knowing | 12 May 2026 | Six colours, and everything else is an accident. A cup that comes back the wrong red is the thing customers notice before they read a word. |
| Logo clear space and minimum size | Brand Guardian | Stops it | 18 Feb 2026 | The mark needs the height of its own H clear on every side, and below 18 mm the wordmark closes up in print. |
| Licensed for where it is going | Legal | Stops it | 21 Jul 2026 | A typeface licensed for the web is not licensed for a printed poster, and a stock photograph bought for social use is not cleared for packaging. The licence is checked before the file goes anywhere, not after. |
| Every field the label must carry | Legal | Stops it | 9 Apr 2026 | Contents, net quantity, origin, importer and the storage line are required by law on a food label. A missing field is not a design note, it is a recall. |
| Marketplace main image: clean background, no overlay | Brand Guardian | Stops it | 30 Jun 2026 | Every marketplace asks the same of a main image — the product on white, nothing written on it, no logo and no badge. A listing is taken down for this, quietly. |
7 of these stop the work outright. One of them does not belong to this module at all: the list of sentences that promise something about a body lives in lib/demo/core/claims.ts, and Customer Voice checks a reply against it, the Social Hub checks a caption against it and the studio checks a draft against it. One book, three gates, and a sentence stopped at any of them is stopped at all of them.
Where a file can land
Every surface the studio builds for, with the shapes it takes and the floor it will not go under. This is where the checker's arithmetic comes from.
Social
6 surfaces| Surface | Shapes | Floor | Going to | What it asks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Instagram · Reel | 9:16 | 1,080 px short edge | Screen | Full-bleed vertical. Anything under the bottom fifth is covered by the caption and the buttons, not cropped. |
| Instagram · Feed | 4:5, 1:1, 1.91:1 | 1,080 px short edge | Screen | Four-by-five is the tallest the feed keeps. A carousel takes one ratio for every card in it. |
| Instagram · Story | 9:16 | 1,080 px short edge | Screen | Same frame as a reel, more furniture: the profile row above and the reply bar below. |
| TikTok | 9:16 | 1,080 px short edge | Screen | The button column takes the right edge. A headline set flush right disappears behind it. |
| Facebook · Feed | 1:1, 4:5, 1.91:1 | 1,080 px short edge | Screen | Square travels furthest here; the feed crops a taller frame on desktop. |
| YouTube · Short | 9:16 | 1,080 px short edge | Screen | Sixty seconds is the wall. A reel cut to ninety does not become a Short by uploading it. |
Marketplace
6 surfaces| Surface | Shapes | Floor | Going to | What it asks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trendyol · Main image | 2:3 | 1,200 px short edge | Screen | 1200 × 1800 on white. No text, no badge, no logo on the main image — the listing is taken down for it. |
| Trendyol · Gallery | 2:3 | 1,200 px short edge | Screen | After the main image the gallery takes the spec overlay, the scale shot and the lifestyle frame. |
| Hepsiburada · Main image | 1:1 | 1,500 px short edge | Screen | Square, 1500 on the short edge, product on white and nothing else in the frame. |
| N11 · Main image | 1:1 | 1,000 px short edge | Screen | Square on white. The floor is lower here, which is not a reason to send a smaller file. |
| Amazon · Main image | 1:1 | 1,600 px short edge | Screen | Pure white, product filling 85 per cent of the frame, 1600 on the short edge so zoom works. |
| Rich content block | 16:9, 4:3 | 600 px short edge | Screen | The scrolling blocks under the listing: a picture, a short line, the one thing the photo cannot say. |
Paid
4 surfaces| Surface | Shapes | Floor | Going to | What it asks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meta ads · Feed | 1:1, 4:5 | 1,080 px short edge | Screen | The headline is the first line people read; 125 characters is where the body copy folds. |
| Meta ads · Reels | 9:16 | 1,080 px short edge | Screen | The largest safe area of any surface here: the ad furniture takes nearly a quarter of the bottom. |
| Google ads · Square | 1:1 | 600 px short edge | Screen | Performance Max wants both shapes of every image, or it fills the gap with something it made itself. |
| Google ads · Landscape | 1.91:1 | 600 px short edge | Screen | The same picture, cut wide. This is the crop that loses the cup if nobody checks it. |
| Surface | Shapes | Floor | Going to | What it asks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Poster · A2 | A2 portrait | 300 dpi · 3 mm bleed | 420 × 594 mm at 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed, CMYK. Checked here, never called print-ready: the press has the last word. | |
| Label · 250 g bag | 60 × 90 mm | 300 dpi · 3 mm bleed | Packaging | 60 × 90 mm. Contents, net quantity, origin, importer and storage are set from the product record, not typed. |
| Catalogue · spread | A4 landscape | 300 dpi · 3 mm bleed | Wholesale pages, laid out from the catalogue: name, lot, tasting notes, case size, price per kilo. |
Web store
1 surfaces| Surface | Shapes | Floor | Going to | What it asks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Web store · hero | 16:9, 1:1 | 1,200 px short edge | Screen | One picture at the top of the shop, and it is cropped square on a phone. |
A surface is not a preference, it is a set of numbers somebody else chose. Every verdict on every other page resolves to a row in this table, which is the only reason the checker can be argued with.
What it reads
Where the words and the pictures come from before anything is made. Two of these are not connections and the page says which.
Product recordPartial
Origin, process, roast, net quantity, the ingredients line, the importer, storage, tasting notes. Everything a label, a listing and a catalogue page are set from.
Autumn Blend 250 g is missing ingredients and origin. The label job is blocked on it and nothing downstream fills either field in with something plausible.
Commerce catalogueConnected
SKU, price, weight, which channels a product sells on. Shared with the Sales Cockpit and the Customer Voice desk.
The trading half of a product. The studio reads it and never writes to it.
Brand bookConnected
The palette, the mark and its clear space, the typefaces and their licences, the sentences the company does not say.
Read once and turned into the rules below. A new brand book is a person sitting down with Brand Guardian, not a sync — and that is the honest shape of it.
Social Hub calendarConnected
An approved slot opens a brief here, with the format, the date, the account and the finding that argued for it.
An unapproved slot opens nothing. The studio's queue is not filled with wishes.
Spend Desk ad setsConnected
Which creative is running, how long it has run, and when the Desk asks for a new series.
The Desk sends the ask and the measurement. The studio sends back cuts and never a performance figure.
SEO Radar content planConnected
The article the plan has scheduled, and the images it needs.
The plan decides what gets written; the studio decides what it looks like.
The shop's own photographyUploaded by hand
Pack shots, the bar, the roaster, hands. Anything showing the product as it actually is.
The one input with no connection behind it: somebody puts files in a folder. It stays that way on purpose — a main image, a spec frame and a label are built from a photograph of the real thing, never from a render.
The printer's own profileNot connected
The press's colour profile, its stock and what it does to a given ink coverage.
Nothing here talks to a press. It is why files leave marked checked and never print-ready: resolution, bleed and minimum type are arithmetic, and colour on paper is not.
What it does not measure
Five figures a creative department is expected to produce, and does not. Stated once, here, so no page quietly invents one of them.
Whether the work is any good
There is no score for a picture here. The checks say whether a file fits where it is going and whether it breaks a rule in the book. Everything else is a person looking at it.
Whether it feels like the brand
The palette, the mark and the type are checkable. Whether a frame feels like Harbor Lane is not, and a number pretending otherwise would be the most expensive thing on this screen.
What the press will actually print
Resolution, bleed, colour space and minimum type are checked. Colour on paper is not: a screen cannot prove a press. Files are marked checked, never print-ready.
Whether a cut sold anything
The Spend Desk measures an ad and the Social Hub measures a post. The studio counts what it made and how many rounds it took, and stops there.
Whether a generated frame is true
A model will happily render a bag that does not exist. Anything that shows the product as it is — a main image, a spec frame, a label — is built from a photograph of the real thing, not a render.
There is no score for a picture anywhere in this demo. The checks say whether a file fits where it is going and whether it breaks a rule in the book; everything past that is a person looking at it, which is why the board has a column called In review and no column called Good.
Credits and minutes on this page are illustrative. The rules, the surfaces and the licences are not: they are the same records the gate reads, which is why a verdict on another page can always be traced back to a row on this one.
Sample data throughout. No model, marketplace or press was contacted to draw this page.
