Connected now · as of 09:53

What is connected, what each connection is allowed to do, and the figures no page on this demo prints because nothing measures them. Reading an account and publishing to it are separate permissions, and the second one is not ours to hurry.

Reading and publishing are two permissions

An account can be read long before it can be posted to, and the review that unlocks posting runs on the platform’s clock. This is what the shop can do today, not what it will be able to do eventually.

Connections

What each platform gives, how often it is read, and the limits it puts on a caption before the queue ever sees one.

3 of the 5 connected platforms can publish a visible post today. Where a caption link is plain text, the queue warns rather than blocks: the post still works, it just sends nobody anywhere.

Credentials

The accounts are the shop's; the infrastructure is Omni's. A token that runs out takes the next scheduled post with it, so it is shown before it does.

Automation
  • TikTok refresh token

    20 days left

    Expires 4 Oct 2026

  • LinkedIn page token

    33 days left

    Expires 17 Oct 2026

  • Instagram long-lived token

    Expires 18 Nov 2026

  • Facebook page token

    114 days left

    Expires 6 Jan 2027

Expired at 03:12 on Saturday 12 September and took a scheduled post with it. Re-authorised 09:05 Monday; the post is back in the queue.

  • YouTube OAuth refresh

    291 days left

    Expires 2 Jul 2027

A credential inside 30 days of running out is flagged here before it takes a scheduled post with it. That is not hypothetical: the Facebook page token expired at 03:12 on Saturday and a post approved on Friday never went out.

X is not connected

No account connected. The API tier this would need is a paid decision nobody has taken. Nothing on this platform is counted anywhere in this demo, and no page estimates around it.

How the watched accounts are read

An official endpoint where there is one, a managed crawler where there is not, and best effort where neither exists. Each row says what it will not give.

Rookery Roasters, Copper Kettle, Mill & Ember

Will not give. There is no official way to read a competitor on TikTok. This is best effort and it says so: about one run in twenty comes back short.

What nothing measures

Eight figures another page could have printed and did not. Stated once, here, so no page quietly invents one of them.

Computed
  • Rookery Roasters' reach

The account hides its view counts. Engagement is read; reach is not, and is never worked backwards from likes.

    Looked for on Watchlist, Trends

  • One total reach across platforms

Reach means a different thing on each platform. The figures sit side by side and are never added into one number.

    Looked for on Accounts, Report

  • Orders from the Ferment & Fold collaboration

No code and no link, so no order can be attributed to it. Reach, follows and profile visits are counted; revenue is not estimated.

    Looked for on Mentions

  • Revenue from an organic post

Without its own code or link, a post's effect on sales cannot be separated from everything else that happened that week.

    Looked for on Everywhere

  • Best hour to post on TikTok

Under the post count the calculation needs on this account. It says “not enough data” rather than showing a noisy hour.

    Looked for on Accounts

  • What the comments say

Comments under our posts belong to Customer Voice, which reads and answers them. This module counts them and stops there.

    Looked for on Posts, Feed

  • Story metrics older than 24 hours

The platform drops them. What was captured inside the window is kept; the rest is gone and is not reconstructed.

    Looked for on Posts

  • LinkedIn reach

LinkedIn reports impressions, which is not the same thing. It is shown as impressions, under its own name.

    Looked for on Accounts

Where one of these would have been a figure, the page prints “not measured” and the reason. None of them is ever a zero: a zero is a measurement, and these were not measured.

What this costs to run

In the terms the platform is billed in. Official reads are free inside quota; the crawlers are not.

Automation
LineBilledNote
Official readsFree inside quotaInsights, discovery and public data. Quota is per app, per hour.
Instagram crawlerPer account, per dayTwo accounts today. Cost grows with the watchlist, not with the shop.
TikTok crawlerPer post readThree accounts. The most expensive line here and the least reliable.
ClassificationPer postFormat, hook and topic are read by a model once, when the post first arrives.

Cost grows with the watchlist rather than with the shop: adding an account to watch costs a crawler run a day, whatever the shop itself publishes.
