List rebuilt 03:12 · 55,400 people, 18,598 we may write to
Every message the shop has written, with what it was last used for and what that run produced. The one already open is the one a person has to deal with: the gate is holding it, and the page opens there rather than on whatever goes out next.

“One discount this quarter, on the fortnight everybody goes back to work. Runs with the search campaign of the same name.” — Management
The web store's only coupon of the quarter, timed to the same fortnight as the paid search campaign so the two are not arguing about the same order.
Sample data. Nothing in the fixtures records whether a message may be sent — the checks under the editor decide it, over the text in the box and the list it is going to, on the server and on every keystroke here.
