Module 10 · Customer Marketing Department
CRM & Campaigns.
Knows who bought what, who is about to drift away, and what to send them before they do.
What you see
One list, one calendar, one approval.
A working demo on sample data. Names and figures are examples.
Open in its own windowWhat it shows
Page by page, one department.
- Three panes: the cuts of the list, the weeks, and the message itself
- Every segment figure is its rule run over the list, not a number somebody saved
- The calendar carries who is hearing from you, not what you are saying
- What is waiting on a person, with the reason anything is being held
- Twelve cuts, each one a rule written out clause by clause
- How many people each clause on its own would select, so you see which one is doing the work
- The reach ladder for e-mail and for SMS, side by side
- Which segments share people, because two sends in one week can reach the same person twice
- Every channel's orders, and the people behind them, as one record each
- The descent from everybody you hold to everybody you may write to, with each drop named
- Which records turned out to be the same buyer, and what matched them
- Where people came in by, which is what decides whether anything may be sent
- Everything written, what it was last used for and what that run produced
- The preview is the editor: the checks re-run on every keystroke
- On an SMS, the part count and the cost of the send move as you type
- No approve button while a check is failing, and the failing check says why
- The sends nobody schedules: after an order, a basket left behind, a subscription about to ship
- Conditions checked at the moment of sending rather than at entry
- What each flow produced above the people it deliberately sent nothing to
- The one that is switched off, with the reason kept on the row
- Permission given against permission withdrawn, never netted into one figure
- Where each permission came from, and which source people leave fastest
- Why people unsubscribed, when they told you
- The people you hold and may never write to, counted
- Every send beside the group that was held back and sent nothing
- Orders and revenue above that group: the only figure this module calls revenue
- Where the hold-out was too small to conclude anything, it says so
- Opens and clicks are on the page, quietly, with the reason they are not the headline
- What went out this period and what each send brought back
- The list's own movement: joined, gave permission, took it back
- How many people moved from each segment to each other one
- A sheet, written to be printed on a Monday and handed to somebody
- What is connected, and the limit each connection actually has
- Why nothing may be marketed through marketplace messaging
- Why an SMS has no open rate and an e-mail open is half a guess
- What this module will not claim, starting with orders that were coming anyway
Every page above is live, on sample data.
Open the demoWhat it does
It builds the list, writes the message, and waits for your yes.
Rebuilds one customer list nightly out of every channel's orders
Cuts it by rules rather than by stored counts, so a segment is true when you read it
Says how many of a segment a message will actually reach, and names every person it loses on the way
Drafts the e-mail and the SMS, and checks them against the product record before anybody sees them
Counts what an SMS costs in parts before it is sent, not on the invoice
Runs the calendar and the flows that fire off what a customer did
Keeps permission with its source and its moment, and honours an unsubscribe in the same second
Holds a group back on purpose, so what a send produced can be told from what was coming anyway
Sends nothing until a person approves it, and keeps the sentence they wrote
Writes the revenue to Sales Cockpit as a channel like any other
Who it works for
Marketing and whoever owns the customer list, and the owner who would rather sell again to the people who already bought.
What it does
Builds one customer list out of every channel's orders and keeps it current. Cuts it by what people bought, how often, how much and how long ago, and finds who is drifting and who is worth winning back. Drafts the e-mail and the SMS for each segment in your tone, runs the calendar of launches, seasons and post-purchase notes, and reports what each send brought back in orders, not in opens alone.
How you follow it
A list and its segments, a calendar, and a queue of drafts. Consent and opt-out are checked on the approval screen before the send, not after. A marketplace buyer counts in the segments like anyone else, but is only written to where they gave you the permission themselves. Revenue from sends goes to Sales Cockpit, so the channel is counted like any other.
A day with CRM & Campaigns
It knows who to write to. You decide what to say.
Rebuild
Orders from every marketplace and your web store are brought together into one customer, matched on the details the channels actually give you.
AutomaticSegment
Recency, frequency and value are recalculated and the segments refresh: first-time, repeat, high value, drifting, gone.
AutomaticFlag
A customer past their own usual gap between orders moves into the winning-back segment while there is still something to win back.
AutomaticDraft
The e-mail and the SMS are written in your tone, with the product and the reason drawn from that segment's own history.
On your screenApproval
The draft, the segment, how many people it reaches and who is excluded, on one screen. Consent and opt-out are checked here, before the send.
Your approvalReport
Opens, clicks, orders and the revenue it brought, and what it did to the segment it went to. It lands in Sales Cockpit as a channel.
ReportHowever many channels they bought on
Every channel's orders become one person, not one row per marketplace.
Consent is checked before the send
Permission is read on the approval screen, before anything goes out, never after.
What it reports
Opens and clicks are on the page in small type. What counts is what came back — measured against a share of the list that is sent nothing at all.
