Operations Department

Automation Builder.

The office manager: it holds the schedules, the rules and the approval routes for every other department, and keeps the log.

All modules

Who it works for

Everyone, through the approval inbox and the alerts; the manager who sets the rules; whoever wants to know what Omni did today.

What it does

Holds the schedules and the rules for the other six departments in plain terms: if a competitor discounts a top product over 10%, tell pricing. Routes alerts to e-mail, WhatsApp or Slack. Chains departments: a Social Hub idea becomes a Studio job, passes Brand Guardian and lands for approval. One approval inbox for everything waiting on a person. A daily log of what Omni did. Every rule has an on/off switch.

How you follow it

A rule list with switches. One approval inbox. The what-Omni-did-today log. Notification settings per person and channel. Nothing runs without a rule, and no rule runs with its switch off.

A day with Automation Builder

It runs the schedules. You keep the switches.
