List rebuilt 03:12 · 55,400 people, 18,598 we may write to
Everything this department does is on one screen: the cuts of the list, the weeks the sends are booked into, and the message that is about to go out. The figures beside a segment are not stored anywhere — the rule is run over the list each time the page is drawn.

A red dot is a send the gate is currently holding; the hour is when it goes, and the figure beside it is how many people it will actually reach.

Approving asks for a sentence. It goes on the record beside the send and is what somebody reads a week later.
The same message to the people who went quiet over six months ago. If the hold-out says it did nothing on the lapsing segment, this one does not go at all.
